Large hangar doors offered by AL-STAL company are widely used in industry and aviation infrastructure. Depending on the use and specificity of the door’s operation the company offers sliding, folding-up, folding and Bi-fold hangar doors. Manufacturing process is always based on an individual project designed in our design department in cooperation with a building designer and the Investor.

  • infill made of laminated panel with optional thickness or light transmission panel
  • possibility to steer each door leaf separately
  • heated and dehydrated bottom rail
  • heated propulsion system
  • system of hangar’s deflection compensations

Specific features:

  • unlimited dimensions and optional number of sections
  • possibility to combine door sections to create multi-section door with unlimited width
  • two-ply fabric compliant with the Polish fire resistance class NRO in every colour
  • possibility to apply transparent, translucent or ventilation infill
  • thermal insulation from 0,75 W/m2 K, acoustic insulation from 30 dB
  • lack of bottom rail and necessity to construct foundation in the axis of the door
  • possible assembly both inside and outside the building

  • door height up to 8 m with unlimited width and optional door-leaf number
  • possibility to perform doors in two versions: suspended on the upper rail or sliding on the bottom rail
  • infill made of laminated or light transmission panels and insulated glass
  • possibility to steer each door leaf separately
  • high tightness coefficient owing to application of multipoint bolting
  • dehydrated and heated bottom rail
