Since 2004, AL-STAL has been providing to its domestic and international clients with comprehensive services in the field of design, production, installation and servicing of certified structural engineering that includes steel and aluminium products like: windows, doors, screens, facades, roof lights and others in standard, customized or specialized version, as well as different types of large-size hangar doors.
AL-STAL began its operations in the construction industry in 2004, starting with the production of structural engineering based on imported architectural steel systems from the Swiss companies JANSEN and FORSTER. The construction of a modern office and production complex in Głuchów near Łańcut in 2010 created the conditions for expanding the company’s offer to include specialised aluminium architectural systems and large-size hangar doors.
Since 2022, the company has been providing serial deliveries of steel windows and doors in loft and residential systems to the American market, manufactured using JANSEN, SECCO SISTEMI and OTTOSTUMM systems.
Currently, thanks to the long-term commitment of the Management Board and the company’s employees to continuously improving management, design, production, assembly and installation processes, as well as ongoing investments in production infrastructure, AL-STAL holds a leading position in its industry in Poland.
What distinguishes AL-STAL from its competitors is the execution of projects at the highest technological, quality and organizational standards, with a focus on optimizing of operational costs and maximizing customers’ satisfaction.
To ensure the highest quality of products and services, the design and production process, including welding operations, as well as the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and EN 1090 standards, are subject to internal supervision within the framework of Factory Production Control system and to external audits conducted by auditors from accredited certifying bodies: CERTBUD, CTO, TUV Rheinland Polska, i SGS United Kingdom.
Established in 2010 modern manufacturing plant covering the area of 300m2 in Głuchów near Łańcut town as well as, responsible, well-qualified and experienced team of Employees allow for realization of technologically and logistically advanced orders. Performance of a complete design in our structural design office enable us to shorten the time of order realization, design and production process as well as, allows for adapting to changeable conditions of a contract performance. Verified and experienced assembly teams cooperating with AL-STAL company guarantee proper realization of the assembly works at the sites.
